4 Ingredient Protein Bagels
What if I told you that you can make a homemade bagel using just 4 ingredients for only 278 calories, packed with 16 grams of protein? We love carbs over here, but also need them to work for us, not against us! I am on a wellness journey that requires me to consume a specific amount of protein in a day, but I also have to make sure I am not in a huge caloric deficit because I am breastfeeding. This recipe has been the perfect addition to my breakfast, helping me ensure that I meet all my goals. If you have a protein goal to hit, but want the satisfaction of enjoying carbs, this is the recipe for you.
